IBS
中1のとき腹鳴恐怖症を発症しました。
クラス中に響く腹鳴をごまかそうと間食で症状を抑えていたら、中2で過敏性腸症候群ガス型を発症しました。
たぶんストレスを溜めたまま無理に症状を抑えた結果、行き場のないストレスが爆発したのだと思います。
いじめはありませんでしたが、ガス型でとても肩身の狭い思いをしました。
脳が耐えきれなかったのか、辛い思い出はほぼ記憶にありません。けれど、ストレスでパニック障害も発症しました。
今は高3ですが、この6年間ずっと希死念慮が消えたことはありません。
私の病気はすべて、辛いとき誰にも言わず溜め込んだこと、辛い場所から逃げ出さなかったことが原因だと思います。
せめて私の体験を読んだ方が、私のような思いをしないように、誰かの力になればと思います。
