IBS ガス型
高校三年生です。
私はちょうど1年前からIBSのガス型を発症し、悩んでいます。
おそらく原因はストレスです。
1年前の高校2年の時は、担任が女の先生ということで、相談しやすく、理解してくれて1番後ろのドアに近い席にしてくれていました。
しかし、高３になると担任が変わって男の先生になり、今でも相談することが出来ず、席替えは運に任せるしかありません。実際のところ、2回とも後ろから2番目の席で後ろの人には本当に申し訳なくて、どうにかおならをしないようにと消臭パンツを履いたり、毎回トイレに行ったりしていますが、それでも臭うみたいです。
おならに悩まされているこの状況はとても辛いです。
どうして私だけがこんなふうになるのだろうか、とか
IBS出なかったらどんなに楽か、ということをいつも考えてしまいます。
今は治ることを祈るばかりです。
