地獄の高校時代
高校の時どうしても、授業中にトイレに行かせない先生がいました
急な便意に襲われ冷や汗ダラダラになっても、「授業中だぞ！！！トイレ行っていいわけないだろ！！！！！！」という、悪魔みたいな先生でした
(本当に漏れる！！）ってなっても、「ダメです！！」でした
そのせいで学校行くのが嫌になり、更にお腹痛くなり大変でした
（授業中に出したらどうしよ）という不安からです
今は高校卒業し結局漏らさなかったけど、本当に3年間限界でした
学校関係者にこの病気が理解されると嬉しいです

下痢型大変ですね。
全員にきくかどうかわからないのですが、ブルガリアヨーグルトのヨーグルトLB81プレーンが下痢によく効きますよ。大スプーン山盛り3杯くらいを１日おきに食べるのがちょうどいいくらいです。
下痢が止まるまでは毎日食べてもいいかも知れません。後は内科で相談してください。下痢にきく薬を出してくれます。ただ私としては病院に行く前にヨーグルトを試して欲しいです。
P.S.カロリーオフのものの効果までは分からないので、プレーンがオススメです。
