鍼灸院で、初めて効果を感じました。
内科、心療内科、カウンセリングと試してきて改善しなかったのに、鍼灸院で初めて少し症状が治まってきたように感じています。
鍼灸院は過去にも通っていたことがありますが、今回は『はんなり治療院』さんというガス型の治療に力を入れている鍼灸院で診ていただきました。
勿論、効果に個人差はあると思いますし、宣伝と思われそうで投稿するか迷いましたが…少しでも多くの方に楽になって欲しく、書き込んでいます。
こちらの鍼灸院さんでは、なんとお尻に針を刺します。
それが地味に痛く、私は声が出る程度でしたが叫んでしまう人もいるそうです。
ただ、正しい姿勢を教わることができたり、日常生活でガスを減らす為のアドバイスもいただけます。
私の場合は学生時代から姿勢が本当に悪かったので、自然と姿勢を正しくする癖がつき、それによってガスの量が以前より減ったと感じています。
(勿論、全く出なくなったわけではないです。ただ、不意にガスが出てしまうような症状は明らかに減少しました。)
マンションの一室にある鍼灸院なので、入るのに少し勇気が要りますが…この症状の辛さが痛いほどに分かるので、投稿を読んで気になった方には、是非一度試してみて欲しいです。

私も同じような鍼灸院に通いましたが、二回目以降は痛く効果を感じませんでした。
姿勢に関してはストレッチポールが高価ですが確実に作用すると思います。
