オナラ
私は、子育て中に過敏性腸症候群に罹りました。
電車に乗る時・保護者会・習い事・会食など、社会的にオナラは絶対にNGです。
我慢すれば、お腹の中はガスが充満し、ボコボコと大きな音を鳴らして動き回る始末です。
なんとか我慢を続け、駆けつけたトイレに行けば人が列を作っていて、やっと個室に入り思い切りガスを出せば、爆発音。
恥ずかしくてトイレの個室からなかなか出られません。
病院からの処方薬も漢方も効きません。
１ヶ月前に軽い気持ちで、クロレラを始めたら下痢は完治しましたが、まだオナラは改善されないです。
オナラは臭いがするので、皆が嫌がります。
こんな私も電車の隣に座った知らない人がオナラをしたら嫌な気分になります。
臭いさえなければ！と考えておなら消臭パンツを購入しました。
ただ、大腸癌を患った知人がオナラは我慢してはいけない、直ぐに出した方が良い！と話してくれた時には、とても楽な気持ちになりました。
皆がオナラを平然としている社会を想像すると、秩序がない社会になりそうです。
臨機応変に、オナラを溜めずに上手に出す、というのを実行しているとリラックスできるので、おなら消臭パンツを活用してなんとか社会生活を送って行こうと思います。
学校内などでは、その度に、教室から廊下へ直ぐに出られる環境があれば、生徒さんも過ごしやすいと思います。
オナラの病気も他の生徒さんたちに理解してもらいたいですね。
